HISTORY
Code, Camey & Associates, INC. dba CCA
was incorporated in Arizona in 1983. In 1987 CCA
Electric, the first of several construction divisions, was opened.
It quickly grew to a medium-size corporation employing over 100
personnel with operations being conducted in security/fire alarm,
utility, roofing, framing, hvac, plastering and stucco and general
construction. CCA was one of the
first electrical contracting firm's in Phoenix to provide all services
needed to complete a project with in-house personnel.
CCA has been involved with single
family residential projects ranging up to 20,000 square foot, commercial
projects including shopping malls, hospitals and medium rise buildings
and industrial projects including work at international airports
and wastewater treatment plants.
In 1996 CCA began conducting business
as a wholesale distributor, with locations now in Ohio, Vermont,
Virginia, Arkansas as well as Arizona serving forty-eight states
from these five regional centers.
CCA offers products from Electronics,
Security-Fire-Alarm-CCTV Control and Accesories, Wholesale
Marine/RV parts and Accessories,
Specialty Lighting, commercial metal buildings,
hvac-including geo thermal/Hardy wood furnaces and Roofing
Products including Metalworks Shingles by Tamko.
MISSION STATEMENT
To use the knowledge and experience from years
as a leader in the construction industry to build a strong service
staff and to continue to provide the unsurpassed service CCA
is well known for. CCA strives to be successful
by sharing our buying power to provide volume sales with low profit
margins.
Corporate offices are located in Arkansas giving
a strategic central location for its daily operations.
CCA has always excelled in
emergency response operations. It focuses
on supporting volunteer services at the city, county and state levels
with provisions of personnel and training in the areas of emergency
management and hazardous materials response. CCA
also works toward education in the areas of hazardous materials
response and education of inspectors and contractors in regard to
building code and OSHA compliance.
Operations manager Gary McElligott currently
serves on the Arkansas governor's advisory council, is involved
with the local emergency responder community and continues to provide
various education programs with numerous organizations.
AR. CONSTRUCTION DIVISIONS
CCA is licensed
to conduct business in commercial and residential projects as a
general contracting/ construction management firm and carries specialty
licences in electrical, security/fire alarm and heating/air conditioning.
CCA specializes in energy efficient "envelope"
systems including geo thermal climate control and is involved in
programs with local utility companies to increase efficiency of
existing projects.
